Gabrielle O’Donovan has worked with major blue-chip companies for many years on OD/change management and is an Associate Professor for the MBA programme at Danube University, Austria and Hong Kong Polytechnic University, China.
She developed her initial repertoire of skills by working on a range of major initiatives for Cathay Pacific Airways. In HSBC her culture transformation programme, "Together, We Win", won a number of awards including an ASTD Excellence in Practice Award in 2005.
Her books include "The Corporate Culture Handbook" (2006) and "Solvency II: Stakeholder Communications and Change" (2011). Her articles have been published in `Corporate Governance International' journal for Hong Kong Company Secretaries, `Banking Today', `Best Practices Management' and the `International Journal of Knowledge Culture and Change'. She is a graduate of the University of Bolton (Business and Finance) and received her M.Ed. from the University of Sheffield, UK.
Gabrielle is a member of numerous professional societies including the Society of Authors, the Institute of Management Consultants, the Strategic Planning Society and Mensa. She wears multiple hats and is a practitioner, business author, conference speaker and university lecturer.
Gabrielle is also a member of the Advisory Board of Emerald Management First.
